Carbon fiber plastic oil pump parts

Plastic sealed electronic water pump parts

The plastic sealing electronic water pump adopts polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) to fully seal the stator and rotor of the motor. Polyphenylene sulfide has good dimensional stability, small molding shrinkage, low water absorption and small linear thermal expansion coefficient, which successfully solves the oxidation resistance problem of pump parts. Good dimensional stability despite high temperatures or high humidity conditions. It is a kind of high rigidity, polymer crystalline polymer, excellent performance, wide range of uses, outstanding performance. It has excellent heat resistance, its heat deflection temperature exceeds 260 °C, and the long-term service temperature is 220 -240 °C. Degrades at 700 °C in air. At 1000 °C the inert gas still maintains 40% of the weight, short-term heat resistance and long-term continuous use of thermal stability is excellent.


Automotive shock absorbers

Vehicle shock absorber components, generally pure rubber or rubber molded products with metal skeleton. Electronic water pump sealing ring

Water pump sealing ring series, using EPDM rubber as the substrate. EPDM rubber has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance, color stability, electrical properties, oil filling and room temperature fluidity. It can be used for a long time at 120 °C and briefly or intermittently at 150-200 °C. Due to the lack of polarity and low unsaturation of ethylene propylene rubber, it has good resistance to various polar chemicals such as alcohols, acids, alkalis, oxidants, refrigerants, detergents, animal and vegetable oils, ketones and fats.


Electronic oil pump seals

Oil pump sealing ring series, using fluoroelastomer (FPM) aging-resistant, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, almost suitable for all lubricating oil, fuel oil, gasoline, in the oil containing extreme pressure additives is not easy to harden, suitable for temperature -20 ~ 280 °C. Fluoroelastomer has a high degree of chemical stability and is currently the best media resistant of all elastomers.


Electronic vacuum pump sealing ring

The sealing ring of the electronic vacuum pump uses ethylene acrylate as the substrate for excellent heat, oxygen aging and oil resistance. Its main chain is composed of saturated hydrocarbons, and there are carboxyl groups, which is more stable than the dieolefin rubber with double bonds on the main chain, the maximum use temperature is 180 °C, the use of intermittent or short time can reach about 200 °C, and there is no obvious change in the aging of several years in hot air at 150 °C


Filter seals

The oil filter seal ring is made of nitrile rubber as the substrate. Nitrile rubber has the characteristics of good oil resistance, high wear resistance and good heat resistance, and it can be used in the air at 120 ° C or in the oil at 150 ° C for a long time.


Water fire protection system

The water fire protection system is a fire execution device used for electric moped replacement cabinets. When the temperature in the battery compartment is higher than the set value, the system starts to inject water into the battery compartment to cool down to contain the fire and ignition.
