This project is a new project, the project construction site is located in Jiaojiang District, ten ponds three nine river road to the east, south of the planning road. The total land area of this project is 32,176 square meters, and the construction area of new houses is 43,122 square meters. The total investment of the project is 135 million yuan, including fixed assets investment of 122 million yuan.

The main environmental sensitive targets within the scope of environmental impact assessment are the Taizhou Bay Recycling Industrial Gathering Area Management Committee 850m to the east of the enterprise boundary, the Moon Lake District 910m to the northeast, and the Chenglong Village 1800m to the west.
Main environmental impact prediction
The construction period is mainly for construction domestic sewage, washing wastewater, construction dust, construction noise, construction debris and domestic garbage, etc. The construction period is short, and will not cause significant impact on the surrounding environment after taking reasonable measures.
Waste water during operation is mainly domestic sewage, cleaning waste water and other waste water, which will be discharged into the sewage network after treatment by in-plant sewage treatment facilities and will not cause significant impact on the surrounding environment; waste gas is mainly sulfide waste gas, injection molding waste gas, etc., which will be collected and reduced by adsorption and other measures, and will not cause significant impact on the surrounding environment; noise is mainly machinery and equipment noise, which will be reduced by adopting measures such as sound insulation and vibration damping, so that the noise at the plant boundary will reach the standard; solid waste is mainly side waste, which will be discharged to the surrounding environment. Solid wastes are mainly edge materials, defective products, filter glue waste, packaging materials, household garbage, etc., which will have no impact on the surrounding environment after being collected and properly treated and disposed. The project will have little impact on the surrounding environment if reasonable prevention and control measures are taken to make each pollutant meet the standard emission.
IV. Main environmental protection measures to be taken, environmental risk prevention measures and expected effects
During the construction period, the impact on the external environment can be reduced to a low level after taking measures such as external transportation of domestic sewage, reuse of flushing wastewater, dust reduction, noise reduction, backfilling of solid waste and timely removal.
During the operation period, process wastewater such as cleaning wastewater and domestic sewage will be discharged into the sewage network after the wastewater treatment facilities in the plant reach the standard; vulcanization waste gas and injection molding waste gas will be discharged at high altitude after collection and treatment by absorption and adsorption; low-noise equipment will be selected and high-noise equipment will be insulated and noise reduced to reduce the noise impact; solid waste will be collected and disposed of separately in strict accordance with relevant norms. Establish emergency response system for sudden environmental events, prepare and implement emergency plans. The pollution prevention and control measures adopted in this project are economically reasonable and technically feasible, and can ensure the emission of pollutants up to the standard.

All kinds of pollutants generated by the project are within the tolerable range and the environmental risks are within the acceptable level after treatment by corresponding measures. The project is basically in line with the principles of environmental protection approval.
